I understand that we don't always have the time to get together and share ideas. I've created this space for us to use as a reference, a dumping ground of fun and innovative ideas for our classrooms. Not everything you post needs to be about technology; any good ideas are certainly welcomed! Also, please share this page with teachers you may know from other schools so that we can borrow ideas from outside MZHS as well.
I've organized this wiki into a few categories to make it easier to navigate.
A. Resources - this is where you can share links to helpful websites, teaching strategies, projects that have been successful in your classroom, etc.
B. Artifacts - use this section to upload (or browse through what others have posted here) specific documents, worksheets, PowerPoints, etc. that you have used in lessons in your classroom that you think other teachers might benefit from using as well.
C. Reading - add any interesting articles or other reading that has helped you as a teacher. You can also suggest books, link to books, etc. If you suggest a book that is not an ebook, make sure to list the ISBN number so that other teachers can order it if they like it!
D. Smiles - I call this section "smiles" because it is a place to share anything related to teaching or education that has made you smile. Sometimes we all need a bit of encouragement, and this is a way for you to electronically share encouraging thoughts with your colleagues. :-)
Use the tabs on the right to navigate through the sections.
If you can think of any other sections that need to be incorporated, please add them!
